Tim Berners-Lee (founder of the web) has created code to import Google+ Takeout data into Solid. My recommendation is don't use this yet as it's still rough. I'm posting this here simply to draw attention to the fact that there may be some solutions underway for doing something interesting with your Google+ data after the shutdown.
